Scope of Services. Through this Site, LightBeam Solar Clean LLC markets and arranges Solar Panel Cleaning, Window Washing Service, Window Screen Cleaning, Solar Panel Maintenance, Ro Di Water Cleaning, Pure Water Window Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://solarpanelcleaninglakewood.com is the property of LightBeam Solar Clean LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Damages. LightBeam Solar Clean LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify LightBeam Solar Clean LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. LightBeam Solar Clean LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
